Week 21: Rest
It is mid-term break week.
Whilst I have not fully taking my mind off studies (because there’s still reading to do and exams are a few weeks away), a little incident has forced me to physically slow down and do things more consciously.
In that spirit of rest (and because I am typing single-handedly), this is it for this week’s story — a reflection on the need to stop, slow down, and rest.
After all, we can only go far if we treat our mind and body right, right?
